Social Monitoring for Research and Innovation Policy
Submitted to the Office of the National Higher Education Science Research and Innovation Policy Council (สกสว. / NRIIS), this project developed a social monitoring system to track the social dimensions and distributional impacts of research and innovation funding in Thailand. The framework draws on social indicator methodology to support evidence-based evaluation of public investment in science and innovation (with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thorn Pitidol and team).
