Electricity Tariff Regulation under the Energy Industry Act
This project studied the regulatory framework and practical guidelines for governing electricity service tariff rates under Thailand’s Energy Industry Act B.E. 2550 (พระราชบัญญัติการประกอบกิจการพลังงาน พ.ศ. 2550). The work reviewed international regulatory practices, analysed cost-of-service and performance-based rate-setting approaches, and developed recommendations for strengthening tariff oversight (with Nilubon Lerthnuwat and team).
