Studied guidelines for regulating electricity service tariffs under the Energy Industry Act B.E. 2550, examining regulatory frameworks and rate-setting principles.

Identified and analysed the key structural and regulatory constraints limiting the development of Thailand's services sector, commissioned by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

Developed a framework and criteria for collecting mineral royalties under the Minerals Act B.E. 2510, submitted to the Department of Primary Industries and Mines.
